Dear Shore Care Family,
Shore Care Family Practice will be temporarily closed from 11th–27th May, reopening Thursday 28th May, while Dr Jackson takes leave with his family before their son begins Army service next month.
As a small family practice serving a rural community, this is not a decision we have made lightly. We understand the impact that a full practice closure may have, particularly given the limited local urgent care and hospital services available, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this important time for our family.
During this period, Dr Jackson will be completely unavailable and the practice will not be operating.
If you require urgent or emergency medical assistance, please call 000 immediately.
Appointments can be booked via our online booking system.
