Enrolled Nurse

Hi, my name is Sulindie, and I’ve now been working as an Enrolled Nurse with the Shore Care team for just over a year. It’s been a wonderful journey so far, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive and dedicated team.

Before joining Shore Care, I completed my nursing studies and gained experience working in Aged Care and the Day Surgery Department in Rockhampton. Since moving to Agnes Water with my family, we’ve really settled into the community and are loving everything this beautiful place has to offer.
Outside of work, we enjoy spending time in nature—whether it’s beach walks, spending time on our houseboat, kayaking in 1770, or going camping on the weekends. There’s always something new to explore, and we’ve really embraced the lifestyle here.
Over the past year, I’ve grown so much both personally and professionally. I continue to learn every day and am proud to be part of a team that’s committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. I look forward to what the future holds and to continuing to build strong connections within the workplace and wider community.

Hi, my name is Lauren, and I am one of the receptionists here at the practice.
I come from a background in Early Childhood education, previously having worked with children in a childcare setting and most recently, through Education support as a Teacher Aide.
I have always been passionate about working with people and creating a welcoming environment. I’m a strong believer in the importance of community and have been enjoying getting to know our patients and helping make their experience here as smooth and friendly as possible.
I grew up on the Sunshine Coast and now enjoy life on a rural property here with my partner and our animals. I love the quiet, coastal lifestyle — especially spending time at the beach or out in nature exploring — and I enjoy making time for family, friends, and community activities. I’m also involved with the Workman’s Beach Parkrun, so you might spot me there on a Saturday morning!
I’m happy to be a part of the wonderful team here and a friendly face to greet you at the front desk

Emma
Practice Manager

Hi, I’m Emma, the Practice Manager at Shore Care Family Practice. With a background in nursing, I now dedicate myself to developing systems that ensure excellent patient care. Although I no longer hold my nursing registration, my passion for creating positive, efficient healthcare experiences is what drives me every day.
I work primarily from home, but I always love to meet patients in person when the opportunity arises. My role involves fine-tuning processes to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care, and I’m constantly striving to bring value to every aspect of our practice.
Outside of work, I’m thankful for the privilege of raising my children in a close-knit town with many outdoor learning opportunities, which reflects my belief in providing a balanced, personal approach to both work and life.
I’m deeply committed to ensuring you, as a patient, receive care that is compassionate, effective, and tailored to your needs.
