Perhaps regular doctor visits have become a necessity of life?
During a new patient or regular consult, the doctor may identify that you meet strict Medicare requirements that make you eligible to receive a care plan.
During a care plan consult, the doctor & nurse will create a plan to enable the following:

• Identify health goals You want to achieve
  
• Set your own health goals
  
• Link you to appropriate allied health support
  
• Nurse calls & consults to see how you're going
  

The ultimate aim is to provide you with care that enables you to frequent the doctor less,
so that you can enjoy the beautiful place in which we live more.

Routine & Emergency Procedures

Includes skin surgeries (including those identified during skin clinic), flaps, laceration repairs, toenail removal, ingrown toenail, removal of foreign bodies (including those found in eyes), abscess drainage, aspiration of haematoma.

Routine procedures are scheduled on Tuesday mornings.

An after hours service is available for
Patients of Dr Jackson,
as well as residents & visitors of the community who require Urgent Care.
Phone 0499 059 388 and leave a detailed message so that the doctor may return your call promptly.
  Fees vary depending on time of call out.

Home Visits

There are a select few patients who are visited by their doctor at home.  If you feel you are unable to attend in person, please speak to the Shore Care Team so that we can see if you may be eligible to receive this service.
